Tools
This is the how it's working half. When a signal needs more than a paragraph, the tool is the explanation - something you can run rather than something you have to take my word for.
Nothing yet.

The first one lands with the newsletter issue that explains it. Until then this page stays empty on purpose - an empty shelf is honest, and a shelf of fake boxes is not.
What counts as a tool here.
- It runs
- Not a diagram of a thing, not a description of a thing. Something you can point at your own data and watch behave.
- Source published
- The code ships with the page. A tool you cannot read is a claim, not a tool.
- Run before described
- If the page says it works, it was run and it worked. No sample output here came from anywhere but an actual run.
- Generic first
- Built as the reusable pattern, never as somebody's special case. Nothing here is derived from a customer environment, and nothing here needs one to be useful.
- On the same stack
- Built against the same signals the newsletter reads, on Microsoft Azure. The tool and the argument it supports come from one place.
Where the first ones will come from.
Tools here start as something that would not fit in an issue. The three streams are the source of that pressure, so they are the source of the roadmap too.

The signals, the pipeline and the tools all run on Microsoft Azure - the same stack this covers.
Two places, both public.
Every change is a commit, and every commit shows up in the build log. Anything worth explaining gets an issue of the newsletter written around it.
There is no announcement list on this page and nothing to sign up for here. When there is something to see, it will be in those two places first.
